Discoveringmoorer2life is dedicated to addressing the psychosocial components faced by People of color living with chronic illnesses, rare diseases, and their families.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for transitioning youth and adults through innovative programs and services. We focus on four key imperatives: Health Education and Promotion, Community Engagement Building Community Capital, Research for Healthy Outcomes, and Igniting Policy for Change.
